The Learning CornerSTONE is an education service centre specialising in Primary Science Tuition. Set up in 2015 by a team of experienced ex-school leaders, we pride ourselves on our expertise in teaching. With our team of teachers having an average of more than 20 years of teaching experience, we are a centre where good teaching and learning come together to transform the mind.

For the Students
The Learning CornerSTONE constantly seeks to enhance the learning of students through the following:

1. A strong focus on the teaching of content knowledge and core skills  

2. A strong focus on the engagement and guidance of students in the effective application of 
    their knowledge and skills

3. A strong focus on the growing and development of a pool of caring and effective teachers 
    through
​    (a) the active and stringent recruitment and retention of experienced teachers
​    with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility to the students and their learning
​    (b) the growing of a strong culture of reflection amongst the teaching staff 

Through these three strategic pillars, we aim to cater to a niche market where effective teachers, build in every student, a strong foundation in the content knowledge, upon which specialized skills for each subject matter are developed, refined and honed for the success of the individual.

For the Parents and Teachers in Schools
The Learning CornerSTONE constantly seeks to enhance the knowledge of the curriculum by working in partnerships with schools to reach out to parents and teachers through workshops and dialogues so as to enable parents and teachers to become effective co-engineers of learning for the students.

For the Disadvantaged in Society
The Learning CornerSTONE constantly seeks to explore opportunities to contribute to the growth and development of knowledge and skills amongst the disadvantaged by returning resources through outreach programmes and organisations that are aligned to our cause.
